Did you buy Eye of the North today? or are just trying to get GW:EN area with the Preview Weekend thing, if so you need to go buy the game from the store. :3

I had preordered the game through the in-game store about a week ago. I don't know whether or not I'm supposed to order GW:EN separately... they didn't specifically mention it to me.

I was under the impression that preordering GW:EN would mean I get the preorder bonus pack AND the expansion. Am I wrong to think this?
Nevermind. Thanks for your help, however hostile it may have been.

Yes. The pre-order gave you some bonus in-game items, and access to the preview weekend. That is all. Didn't you notice how cheap it was?
Now that the full version of Eye of the North is available, you have to buy it. If you buy it in the in-game store, the cost of the pre-order is deducted from the full price for you.

the pre-order was just for last weekend. You'll need to now purchase the full game in order to play.
on a side note. I purchased the full game this morning just after 7am GMT and it added to my account with no problems however i also got the "You may not enter that outpost" coming up. Unfortuntely, i couldn't hang around to investigate as i had to leave for work. I'm hoping its just a timing issue as i made my purchase around the time it was supposed to go live, but will have to investigate further when i get home

I think you just tried too early... I figured the game was going live at 8:00am UK time.
I get confused with this stuff but my thinking was that A-net said 12:01am PST (GMT-7). But that's not 7:00am in the UK, because we're currently in British Summer Time (GMT+1)...
